Behaviour support is for people with complex needs who would benefit from structured, specialist-led support — and the families and teams around them. Our Behaviour Support Practitioners work closely with participants, carers, and support networks to understand what’s driving challenging behaviour and build strategies that work in real life.
WHAT WE DELIVER
What behaviour support involves
Behaviour support is a specialist NDIS-funded service. It is delivered by qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners and involves:
- A thorough understanding of the person — their history, goals, and environment
- A Behaviour Support Plan developed collaboratively with the participant and their network
- Practical strategies that are realistic and sustainable
- Regular review and adjustment as things change
- Support for restrictive practices where required, in line with NDIS regulations
Who we work with
We work with NDIS participants who have behaviour support in their plan, and with the families, carers, and support coordinators around them.
